Can anyone tell me about how old the Nebula class U.S.S. Leeds is? It's registry is 70352, which makes it one of the older Nebulas...

I'm here now, and we've had 6xxxx Nebulas anyway.

The closest registry is that of the USS Galaxy which puts the Leeds launch in around 2257 (or earlier if we assume that the Galaxy was 'late' due it being a prototype).

Official there is no way we can determine how old the USS leeds is. However we can estimate that it was built in the period of late 2350 to early 2360 due to its registry number. However since using registry numbers as a way to determine the date of construction is unreliable there is no correct answer.

Actually, its registry would suggest that it's one of the later ones, not early.
All we can really say is that it was ordered to be built sometime between the USS Yellowstone and the USS Galaxy. As to when they actually got around to building it, your guess is as good as anyone's.

I know there's no offical way to determine it's age. I'm not dumb, y'know...
And this is for non-canon stuff, anyways..
