You forgot the Galileo type. I tried doing something similar, on my site which has what very little information I could find.
As far as the Galileo type goes, there's the Galileo and Columbia or Columbus...I'm not sure. I'm sure there's a few others I'm not aware of.

About the 'Terranova' thing:
The shuttle illustrations in the Encyclopedia included a (type-8 I believe) which, according to Joe Creighton, had 'Terranova' on its hull. This MUST be incorrect, because shuttles are called after famous scientists and explorers. I studied the picture with a magnifying glass, and it reads 'Tereshkova'. This fits, since Tereshkova was the first woman in space. I have sent an e-mail to Creighton months ago, pointing this all out, but I got no reply, and the thing was not corrected. BTW, the Tereshkova caption in the Encyc tells us that it featured in "Parallax" [VOY] (I'm sure that someone will correct me if I'm wrong). I don't know if they refer to the first sightning of the shuttle design, or that they refer to the Tereshkova itself.

Also interesting: a footnote in the TNGTM tells us about the shuttle status display in the E-D's shuttlebay. A number of 'real' shuttlecraft are listed on it, but also nonsense-names. The footnote gives 'Sam Freedle' and 'Indiana Jones' as examples (not more, unfortunately).

Funny thing about the Sacajawea, it may have been seen as a Type 6 shuttle on "Coda" but the computer readout in the shuttle set shows a Type 8.

That's Kotoi, not "Kitoi." Drake was a TYPE 8(not "Class 8"). Voyager has never used the Type 6 shuttles; the only one ever seen in the show was in the pilot--the one Tom Paris & Lickalicious--er, LIEUTENANT Stadi took to DS9 (the magical "71325/1710-D" craft." All shuttles on the show started out as the Type 8 & now they've all gone to Jenny Craig & slimmed down to Type 9.
