I've saw the model of this ship at the Star Trek World Tour. Today I've heard rumors that the Valkyrie is the ship from "Redemption". Does anyone know more about this?

Well, Pedro at: http://www.shiporama.org/constellation.htm
seems to be pretty sure about it. His reasoning sounds good to me. He also states that USS Victory was seen in TNG "Elementary, dear Data", anyone got any screencaps?

The Hokkaido is just a written reference from the TNG Tech Manual, and hasn't been used on screen. The Constitutions in turn are holdovers from the original list of names used in the TOS writers' manual, mangled by multiple treksperts so that nobody can really tell which name should go with which number any more. It is highly likely that Okuda used these names in Okudagrams in the movies he was involved with (ST4 onwards) or in TV episodes, but I do not know where exactly these would have appeared.

The Rabin seems to be something dreamed up by the Fact Files for their Akira class article. The Hiroshima seems to be a miscommunication regarding the identity of a Steamrunner CGI used in "First Contact" - apparently, Okuda erroneously thought that this name was used, while in fact only "USS Appalachia" was used; and in the latest edition of the Encyclopedia, Okuda reputedly withdraws the Hiroshima name.

Then again, the Rabin and the Hiroshima may have been actual names used for "First Contact" CGI ships, or at least names originally chosen by the designers of the ships but later abandoned. We just don't know who *would* know - Eaves? Jaeger? Okuda?

And the NCC-63646 doesn't exist. It's what some people originally read the Thunderchild's registry to be. It got spread all over the Internet and shows up in places w/o reference, so people still propogate it, not knowing what it is. But, in actuality, it's a mistake.

No one knows.

In fact, for almost every class, that number simply doesn't exist.
