plenty of people have access: CGI artists, Paramount's record keepers, Rick Berman, the art department staffers who designed it...

The latest issue of Star Trek: Communicator has some sketches of John Eaves shuttle ,the Argo, and the ground vehicle. They are selling a poster showing all the spacecraft and vehicle from Nemesis. I hope that this helps.
