I haven't seen this mentioned here yet, so I thought I'd mentioned that Eric Kristiensen has updated the Jackill's site.

Now if only he'd reprint his original 3 reference manuals, we'd be set. [Big Grin]

Don't get me wrong, I'm a big Deneba fan from wayback, but if you build your website with Canvas, I'm not sure you need to advertise that fact. Esp. with a cruddy pixelated logo. Also it always irritates me when I've gotta download the same graphics over and over because the WYSIWYG editor wasn't clever enough about that.

I'd be happy if I just could get Volume 1 somwhere, to complete my collection. [Smile]

But how about a fourth volume? I've heard rumors some years ago. I hope he does more than just big sheets of blueprints these days. They look fantastic, but I still prefer books.

agreed, the sight should have been made with less fucked up methods. it does look nice and with my current preoccupation of looking for valid NCC's ship hull numbers for vessels used in the Generations at War mod for SFC3, it does give me more items to search with google. one question:

Is the Jenghiz the refitted designation of Saladin/Hermes class frigates or a new design based on the TOS single nasseled ships? one NCC number i've seen for the Jenghiz is NCC-501, which makes one think refit. truth? falsehood? full of shit? what? [Wink]

Acording to some manuals yes the Jenghiz is the refitted Saladin, it seems back then every time a ship was refitted they used the number of the second ship in the run - the Coronado for example, the refitted version is the Oriskany which is one number up in the registry scheme. Not much originality of thought IMO they could have just picked a random ship from each class to be the refit rather than always the second.

BTW Pensive's Left testes - are you signed up over at dynaverse.net now that Taldren's gone? I'm sure I've seen someone talking about that mod but I don't play SFC3, only SFC2 so it don't bother me much.

Garbled, confusing and quite frankly duller than an inflight magazine produced by Air Belgium.
