That's right, the Utopia Planitia 3 project is officially dead as a doornail, and all the material that was completed will now be declassified. I'm not releasing it all at once, since that would gum up DAC really badly, so only a few ship classes at a time will be released.
Please keep in mind that many of these articles were done years ago, and that their original authors may or may not still be around to comment on them.
Also keep in mind that most of the articles did not have schematics done for them, so most of what you'll be getting is just plain text.

Actually, Charles is letting me have that forum so that I can post nude pictures of myself holding all my Star Trek models. Wait 'til you see how I'm holding the Klingon Bird-Of-Prey.
In all seriousness, though, I imagine the forum will just stay there. The threads may be locked, like the Voyager and Deep Space 9 forums were before being merged into General Trek Discussion. Of course, I'm just talking out my ass right now. For all I know, Charles could unlock it and turn it into the Andromeda forum.
I am glad the fruits of the UP3 forum are being posted; I've longed to see what was going on in there. So far, I've enjoyed what Krenim's been posting in the Design, Artwork, and Creativity forum.
