Very Nice. I like the style of the report, very 'intelligence-ish'.

Only one nitpick, though. It doesn't look to Romulan in design. Well, the top view doesn't.

But, aside from that, it's really good.

I like the fact that you create realistic, detailed descriptions of your ships, and none have "TYPE-XXV Super Hypermatter Anti-Pulse Cannons, with Cloaking and transwarp drive!" I hate ships like that.
