In the Starfleet Aliens thread in General Discussion, you invite people to come see the Aliens section at your site, however, when I tried to view it, all I got was this:
That wide blue strip on the right of the right-hand frame covers all the links within that frame when I select the Aliens page. It's useless to me. Even when I "break out" that frame to try to use the link, it winds up covered by that blue border on the left.
I can't change my resolution to 1024x768 or my color depth drops to 256 (:).
How can I access that page, and will there be a wide blue stripe obscuring the pictures if I do?

I get the blue bar also. And that's at 1024x768 anyway.

Notice how it says "Best viewed at 1024*768 in Internet Explorer"? The blue bar shows up in IE, only it's under the text. In NS, it's over the text. As for why it's like that, *shrug*

It's because IE is a worthless Microsoft product designed by idiot programmers. Seriously, IE allows all kinds of bad HTML and is thus wrecking the Web...hopefully it's a fixable problem.
