Do they not fly aircraft in the Netherlands? Seems that the general history of flight isn't strictly an American subject... but all kidding aside, I had forgotten that Kitty Hawk was the Wright brothers' site as well, and only remembered the carrier. I'm no better.

Not so fast, my Teutonic homey!!
MY wwweb search has INDEED turned up something re: the origins of the Wambundu name. I've had to lob off a couple emails first for clarification & finalization, but rest assured, once this hound's found a lead, he don't stop for nothin'!
When I get an answer, I'll release my findings; even if I DON'T get an answer, I'll release my findings, but they'll be a bit more vague. We'll see what the next day or so brings.....
