I'd say so. It was originally supposed to look like that Rigel class people came up with (you know, the Galaxy saucer, Connie neck...) but turned into this.

I'd say that if it could be done with the Prometheus, this is also possible. But this design is just too fat for my tastes. Hmmm... CSS Lard... CSS Fat Tubby?

Revision. I changed how the nacelles were connected, some edges and curves, colors, and took out a few windows.

I don't mind the saucer, or the connection to the secondary hull, but the nacelles and the pylons just aren't working.

That's quite an improvement, but I think it looks better if the nacelle pylon connected lower on the secondary hull and maybe if they extend out horizontally first and then angle upward.

Do you still think it is the USS Lard?
PS: She no longer has 23 decks, but fewer. BUt she's long though, about the size of a Ambassador give 25-50 meters.
