So, I saw and I liked. Ed Norton is amazing as always and Tim Roth (who looks old as hell and beat here) is very good as well, as is William Hurt. Hell, Liv Tyler is darn good too- her and Norton have a real couple-chemistry onscreen.
Really, it's on par with Spider-Man 1 & 2. Lots of good Marvel easter eggs for those in the know- See the creator of the Super-Soldier's name on the canister Roth gets injected with. Shield makes a psydo-appearance via an internet tracking program and a memo (in the opening credits) requisitioning some sonic cannons (which make an appearance) from Stark Industries signed by Nick Fury.
Tony Stark is at the film's end, but there's nothing after the credits.

Does Stan Lee make an annoying cameo again? (I wouldn't really have a problem with him if he was subtle like Alfred Hitchcock, or if he could actually act.)

Almost an actual role even. I wonder if he gets paid for these appearances or just gets royalties from the movie?
There's a nice lead-in to making Sam Sterns into The Leader (a hulk villan with a big brain head) in the movie.
