I am too angry at this piece of crap to list all the deviations from the book, all the implausible science, all the crappy pseudoscience, all the plot stupidities, and all the contrivances and derivations from more popular sci-fi.
However, I thought I'd post these caps I took. Does the self-destruct alert icon look familiar to anyone?

I never finished watching it. Mostly because it was hard to take it seriously with Jordan from Scrubs playing a scientist. Likewise when Janitor turned up in Indiana Jones I had to suppress the expectation of comedy ensuing. Not very fair to the actors I know.

Jordan from Scrubs? I still can't get past her not being the Kate in the Drew Carey Show. Not to mention Ricky ("That's Rick!") Schroeder up there.
Sounds like I didn't miss anything by not watching this. But that Red Alert graphic is funny!

Yeah, working in the dark all the time with all those neon lights and test tubes, that for some reason always contain bio-luminescent chemicals must be against health & safety regs.
It's also rather amusing when you see places like Langley or NASA mission control and it's all much the same thing with brand new computers and a 50ft video screen, that somehow doesn't give the people who seam sit in front of it all day (in the dark) tunnel migraines and tunnel vision. Micheal Bay and Tony Scott being the worst offenders for this particular brand of silliness.

Ha, perhaps that would explain how Mr. Bennett's (from Heroes, and who as far as I'm aware at this point is still alive, season 2 finishes here this week) eyesight went and he started wearing his glasses. Yes, I know he didn't start wearing them until way after he began working for the Company but the damage might have been done earlier. . .

Just thought I'd post the comparison in case somebody didn't recollect the graphic well enough to recognize the similarity :-/

Well, "Scrubs" is also represented by the actor in the first photo, he was a nurse and a love interest of Elliot, the blonde doctor.

One of the graphic novel tie-ins deals with that... though I'm not too pleased with that particular one so I'm glad to ignore it.
