In retrospect it could be any one of the seven models, but at the time it was most likely supposed to be either a Doral or a Leoben (most likely Doral IMO.) Given that the idea that Sharon was a Cylon was a last minute addition to the script, I doubt it was meant to be here.

I dunno, I'd say it would probably be Leoben.
When I was watching the miniseries, I got the "Cylon vibe" from Leoben from his first scene. But with Doral, the whole point was that Baltar didn't really know he was a Cylon; he was just a convenient scapegoat. The whole drama of throwing Doral off the ship while he's desperately protesting that he's not a Cylon would be ruined if the audience knows ahead of time that he really IS one.
