Sneaky Anna trying to put something in the flu shot that does.... something. Not quite clear on exactly what R6 is supposed to do.
V's apparently can't survive without their neural skin, as evidenced by dude's "skinning" as punishment/execution.
V's can also interbreed with humans, apparently.
V medical tech can supposedly do wonders with your medical history and future. Although whether or not Decker will actually have an aneurysm or if this is another ploy to get him fully into the V camp remains to be seen...
And now we wait til March for new episodes. *grumble*

Yeah, that kinda sucks. Also what's the deal with "bliss"; leader jumps into a pool of light naked, and the other V have a light shine on their face, and they get a pep talk from their leader. Wonder if it works by some kind of telepathic link. Also, at the end, we see a fleet of the motherships in front of some planet outside our solar system, I guess that's their homeworld?

I don't know what the deal is with the bliss thing... I'm assuming its how Anna controls everyone. Bliss has been mentioned before as a reason for a former Fifth Column member to return to Anna's forces.
As for the fleet, I'd like to think that the distance traveled to get there was a lot farther than just outside our solar system, as they'd be way too close and we would have seen them by now...

The engine core was cool. Especially for a TV budget. Why on a movie budget it looks like a brewery is beyond me.

If we get them at all. Rumor has it, "V" is all but axed already.
Which is a shame, in a way. There's a lot of potential, but most of it's wasted on this exceptionally mediocre product.
Why is it in these types of shows does it seem like no one has ever watched science fiction before ever (with the exception of two guys on the news for two seconds)? If this were to really happen, we would be confronting the whole situation with every preconceived notion science fiction has ever given us. And most of it would be horrendously wrong, which would make for some great drama.
But instead we get this. Oh well.

Why do they always cancel shows before they have a chance to prove themselves? For hour-long shows like this I'd say they should always give a show a season, at minimum.

Er...we would? How?
Even the Hubble can not image objects anywhere near that distance- an entire fleet o' doom might be camped out in the asteroid belt and we'd be none the wiser, barring the chance occultation caught by novice stargazers.
Heck, the near Earth Object Project estimates that we've only catalogued 60-70% of potential earth-crossing rocks- anything seeking to avoid our detection could manage it just fine, I'd think.
