partial timeline. 
1919: The Ancients relocate a large group of humans to Antartica. At the time it was completly unpopulated and of NO interest to the grays. The ancients teach the humans how to use advanced technology and they set up underground colonies for the humans.
1929: The human population of the Antartic colonies begins to boom! 
1935: The humans along with the help of the ancients continue to develop plans to drive the Grays away from Earth. These plans include a military orginization.
1939: World War 2 begins. The Grays participate in a HIGHLY limited technology exchange with the Nazis in exchange for some Jewish prisoners for experimentation. The type of experiments are later determined to be of the psychological and mind control type.
1945: WW2 ends. The Nazis destroy any evidence of a technology exchange witht the Grays. The Humans develop primitive nuclear technology.
1947: A Gray space-craft crashs at Roswell, New Mexico. The American government salvage the ship and are unable to make any sense of the ship's technology as of yet. Due to the fact that all inhabitants we're killed in the crash, the American government knows of the Grays presence, but not of thier intentions.
1947-present: Similar space craft crashs are recorded all around the world.
1957-58: Due to the increasing popularity of T.V. the Grays do limited testing with sublimital messageing.
1961: The grays start actually abducting human subject starting with the Betty and Barney Hill abduction case. It is said that the Grays were testing certian human's resistance to suggestion via sublimital messaging and telepathy.
1969: The Humans begin limited manned moon exploation. Through the duartion of the Apollo project some of the moon astronauts discovered some "pretty astonishing" things.
1977: The U.S. discovers the Gray's intention and threaten retailiation. The Grays "bribe" the U.S. government with some of their technology. The U.S. accepts thinking that the Gray technology would give them an edge against the Soviets in the Cold War. Little do they know, the Grays entered a similar treaty with the Soviets.
1980: The Antartic colonies begin EXTREMLY covert "terrorist" attacks at Gray installations.
1985: I was born!
April 1986: A botched terrorist attack at a Gray installation at the Chernobyl nuclear site by the Antartic colonies causes one of the largest disasters in history up untill Geena Davis got her own T.V. show! LOL sorry. I had to throw Cartman in there somwhere.
June 1986: My brother is born! 
1991 (Or was it 1990?): The United Soviet Socialist Republics collapses. The nation of Germany is reunified, and the Cold War ends.
1993: The dark days of the Bush Sr. administration come to an end.
2001: The dark days of the Bush Jr. administration begin! 
2003: The Antartic colonies reveal thier exsitance to the world and begin revealing the existance and intent of the grays.
later in 2003: The Grays in retailiation for the A.C. blowing the lid on them attack the U.S. and successfully frame the A.C. making it look like they were responsible. The Gray don't want to take care of the A.C. useing their highly advanced tech because they are afraid that it would get the attension of the Ancients. Little do they know that the Ancients already know about the Grays and that they are the ones behind the A.C.
early 2004: The U.S. declare war against the A.C. despite attempts to negotiate.
2005: ahhh hell. Is this getting lame yet? If it is, it's because I haven't really thought everything through yet. *sigh* I'll go do that. See ya later.
