"It was the year of fire..." "The year of destruction..."
Who said, "the year of destruction"? I didn't recognize the voice as any character. Vaguely sounded like the Vorlon voice...

For the record:
Lennier, "It was the year of fire..." Zack, "the year of destruction..." G'kar, "the year we took back what was ours." Lyta, "It was the year of rebirth..." Vir, "the year of great sadness..." Marcus, "the year of pain..." Delenn, "and the year of joy." Londo, "It was a new age." Franklin, "It was the end of history." Ivanova, "It was the year everything changed." Garibaldi, "The year is 2261. The place:" Sheridan, "Babylon 5."

I know what you mean, Topher. This may sound silly, but I tear up every time I read some of the quotes from "Sleeping in Light."
Tiny correction to Shik's mostly-accurate transcript: I'm pretty sure that Sheridan says the entire phrase, "The place... is Babylon 5." (Although I just checked at Down Below, and I realized that that's where you got the transcript... but I'm still pretty sure that Sheridan said both parts.)

The season 3 title sequence was quite plainly better anyway.

It isn't as though I haven't met a lot of people. Goodness knows it isn't that. It isn't just that... it isn't... it's... it's despicable.

Omega, of course, prefers the season one titles. Yes.

Nah, S1 and S2 were like any other sci-fi series: just describe the general usefulness of the Bab5 station. They're GOOD, but nothing special. But even when I've taped the episode, I always watch the S3 opener. The whole "last, best hope for peace" thread among the first three seasons was quite creative. S5 was way cool, too.

S4 and 5 were the best, IMO. Crusade was shit. I think everyone shares that opinion.

I have not seen a single complete episode of either Andromeda or Babylon 5. I feel funny.
