Ok, the hype is here, everybody is coming in anticipation of possibly this summer's blockbuster. But wait? What's that I see?
Yesterday, The Toronto Star had a sneak preview of the movie, and whoever watched it had one thing to say: This movie does not live up to the hype. Lots of special effects, action and such, but that's basically it. Lousy storyline, actors are not that great, yadda yadda yadda.
What will happen now?

I've heard some not-so-great things too. Basically, it sounds like Lucas has thrown in all kinds of nonsense-tech terms and expects an audience with an average age of 10.
This is annoying.

How is that different from the first ones? I don't mean that as a slight, mind you. I do enjoy Star Wars. But Lucas himself said that he wrote the movies so that six year olds could enjoy them.
I'm not sure if I buy this weak acting thing...I mean, even if the movie itself is horrible, it's still got some fine talent in it.

Well, we'll see, I guess...no sense in judging it yet.
