I am thinkin' of something (or someone) from the Star Trek universe, either the four series (TOS, DS9, VOY, TNG) or the movies. It is either a Species (including main and secondary characters), Starship (I hope you know what that is), or Anomaly (including planets, celestial objects, etc.). However, you CANNOT ask if it is a ship, species, or anomaly.

Is it in of itself, without the aid of outside assistance that is not technically the object itself, spaceborne?
