I very much like it. It looks exactly what a Starfleet vessel of that era should look like. At least in my book. No cut-outs, no weird shapes, no gimmicks, no rollercoaster turbolifts.

That pre-TOS (?) Stargazer looks interesting. Better than every single ship we saw in the first two seasons of Discovery.

Yeah, I think that might've been why they threw in that "not THIS Stargazer" line. And agreed re: comprison to Disco TOS ships.

Okay, until I saw the image of the ships standing up on their nacelles, I didn't realize that the new one's nacelles aren't in the same position, front-to-back. I like it a bit less for that.
