That pattern is interesting, but it sort of looks like burlap rather than a metallic fiber. Does any one have a scan of an authentic shirt insignia? But won't it look a little too big on crew shirts? You see, in order to see division insignia, the gold part would have to be rather big... singinicantly bigger than Enterprise insignia.
