ok - you need someweb space - either provided by your server or go get some free stuff at places like Geocities or Xoom etc.Then once the picture is actually on a server (like on the net)
you just post the url to it
e.g. http://www.geocities.com/picture.jpg
warning that is a made up URL...
and then if the URL is correct and you've uploaded your picture correctly then the link should appear to it - you click it and then you see the picture.
