IF we could make them strong enough to survive a drop... IF we could make them so the beer has a long shelf-life... I had some plastic bottled beer a few weeks ago at a concert; it was not good compered to glass bottles or cans. Frankly, I can't taste a difference, then again I'm getting paid to not notice. (kidding!) Only real problem I can see is recycling. Each bottle consists of 3 layers of 3 kinds of resin. Other than that, the big problem is convincing the public that this is Better. Not my problem, that's the brewery's issue. I was just intrested in a snapshot of opinion.
