Um. Yah. I don't really know what to do with that... It what universe would a non-messed up human (let alone three) think that's anything but sick and twisted.
Isn't animal abuse one of the first signs of sociopathic behavior? And these guys are walking around with automatic weapons.

That has been all over 4chan as a GIF for like months and months. I'm not sure if they determined it was fake or not... if anyone could, it would be Anonymous.

Excuse me while I go throw up.
Now, see, I've grown up around squaddies and this dosen't surprise me one bit. In fact the sick buggers have show me MUCH worse than that. I'm just surprised it's only an animal and there are no explosives or fires involved, that's the usual fare.

I remember this from a while back. These are the people who are supposed to interact with civilians in Iraq?

I saw this months ago. Frankly people's reactions surprise me a great deal. We bomb hospitals and elementary schools and people go "Well, meh, casualties of war, tragic but unavoidable." One marine throws one puppy off one cliff and people are sickened. What kind of species are we? It's OK to kill others of our kind but not little animals - unless we're going to *eat* the little animals of course, or wear their fur, or turn their bones into Jell-O. If puppies make people so upset we should be showing starving puppies on the Save the Children commercials instead of starving kids.
And yes, harming animals for fun is a sign of sociopathic behavior. But so is shooting people with a gun.

I don't recall ever saying it was ok to bomb hospitals or kill people. I think it's awful. And so is throwing a defenseless puppy off a cliff just for a laugh. They're in the middle of a war, with people trying to kill them, supposedly fighting for the security of the American people... and they're throwing friggin'; dogs off cliffs for kicks. You'd think they'd have better things to do.

Took the words right out of my mouth. That was my first reaction to that video too. I'm not saying it's not horrible, but the whole "war" thing that is happening over there isn't much of a cakewalk either.
The Things They Carried was an excellent book BTW.

My anger rages from many layers. The animal abuse. The destruction, morally and what-not. The betrayal of self....
