We appreciate your concern. It is noted and stupid.

On Friday night, we went to bed knowing that we'd have to be up a bit early on Saturday to do a "non-stress test" at 11, checking to see how our unborn child was doing. He'd be three days late that day.
We overslept, but woke up to what we thought might have been broken water. We went in to the appointment all frazzled, and waited for the test to make sure that the leak was indeed the leak we thought it was. In the end, it was!
Normally women go into labor not too long after the water breaks, if they aren't already, and Marcy was no exception. After eight hours of labor and about twenty minutes of pushing, Wesley Dale Capps joined us in the outside world at 2 AM on the dot.

I hope you have already caught up on your sleep before the birth. Otherwise, congrats!!!

Just be careful not to refer to him as "The Boy" I guess!

Congratulations! Our first arrived at 5:58 AM, so I can sympathize with the lack of sleep. That was nine years and two kids ago, haven't been able to sleep in since....
Like the captions on the first and last pics. Very appropriate!

Honestly, I am honored. I know I don't post often, but this is just fantastic.
In all seriousness, congrats!! Wesley is a great name and every time I happen to think about it I am so glad my parents picked this name for me, its very classic and rarely used and women tend to love it.
