Since I stopped smoking! Oi, my lungs love me again. Grump level decreasing....amount of Nicorette gum needed still high but also on the way down. Saints be praised!

Good luck and keep trucking..... I wish I had the courage to give them up totally...there are STILL times where I get stressed out and end up smoking a few.

That's great, Jay. Congratulations. BTW - Nicorette gum makes me feel stoned and on the verge of a heart attack. Always go cold turkey the 100 odd times I've quit.
