Charles Capps: That's pretty ghetto of you, eh..? :-P (Let us delete posts! *LOL*)
Fabrux: Compaq!? Uhh. No. Compaq's suck. My friend TJ has to bring his old Presario in to my house (it has many diagnostic stuffs and a whole bunch of spare parts) to repair it and/or get it reformatted, oh, about once every 3 months. Hehe...
I got a new computer (well, just a bunch of upgrades) for Christmas as well. Too bad it sucks.....
Intel Celeron 466MHz CPU (Slower than the old Cyrix-200MHz! And handles workload way worse. Listen to your MP3 slow down to a crawl as you scroll sideways on big text files. Mmmm. If I wanted to hear that, I'd use NullSoft's tempo editor plugin! )
PC Partner AGP AT Mainboard (Only has 2 ISA slots. Meaning, if I have a network, I gotta give up my [good] sound card (SB16). The board has an onboard soundcard......err.....sound-chip...that sounds like crap.)
32MB AGP 3D VideoCard (This component is actually quite lovely....too bad almost none of my games seem to want to work!)
InterAct V3 Racing Wheel (Sweet! But hard to get the hang of )
Now, if I could just get this stuff working properly, I'd finally have a computer as good as all of yours!! Hehehe.

Er, a S16 was a good soundcard back in 1993. Now it's pants.
Go and buy a lovely SB Live value. Or if you can't afford that, a SB PCI 128. And if you can't afford that, get a job. Two ISA cards is MORE that enough.
And I can't believe that your Celeron is slower than the cyrix. Are you running your computer thrrough lard or something? And why doesn' your graphic card work? Have you got DirectX 7 installed? And if it still odesn't work, get rid of it and get either a M400, or TNT2, or that new nVidea card whose name escapes me.
I got the Simpsons season 1 box-set for Christmas. And a CD player for my car. And another 4 fleece's. And 2 coat's. I think my parents are worried about me getting cold. I now own 6 pair's of fleece's and 10 coats. Of which I wear maybe 4. Ish.
And 4 watches. I dunno why, they keep buying me them. Strange people. You'd think they'd go with aftershave like normal parents.

PsyLiam: My SB16 suits me just fine. I seem to get upgrades in big huge increments, once every year. *LOL* I jumped from a 1GB drive to a 10GB drive; I jumped from a 1MB video card to a 32MB video card; I jumped from a 28.8 to a 56.6. Etc.
"Two ISA cards is MORE than enough." Uh, no. PCI cards slow my system down. Just like that onboard SB ViBRA16X PnP...
"And why doesn't your graphic card work?" The video card's graphics processor is an NVIDIA Model 64. It supports TNT2-M64. And it works fine...where did I say it didn't?
