I hope the next president will change the tone and the signals the last presidency has been sending out. I don't care who it is, as long as the person can put off his personal agenda for at least the first 30% of his term...

I meant it as a contrast, boyo. 30% being at least a year or so of do-goodery, before the empirebuilding. In contrast to Bush's 10-90. It's just metaphorical.

I don't know, he must've done some good, just doing his job. He's your president, you tell me.
I just meant that his term has been very colored by his own actions, his expressions, his views.
I look at some of your former presidents and candidates and I note some people who are willing to give their all for the job and the country. You know, diligence and assiduity over ambition. I just hope you get someone decent, you deserve it.
