As far as I know, the Enterprise D did not have a captain's yacht. Assuming that one would be more comfortable than a standard shuttlecraft, it could technically fit more than 5 people in it. Question not counted.

I think one could fit more than 5 people in it too. Not comfortably, but it could be done. This question is also not counted.

I'm pretty sure those have control panels...
Is it larger than 3m in any direction?

Yes the E-D had a captain's yacht. It is the bubble on the underside of the saucer. It supposedly was called the Calypso according to Patrick Stewart. Also known as the Captain's Gig. Look at this year's Ships of the Line calendar to see a great illustration by Andrew Probert of it.
It was left out of the blue prints I think - I can't find it anywhere.

Let's review. It is not alive, it is not warp capable. It has been seen more than 5 episodes, but was initially seen within the first two seasons. It is not a shuttlecraft, shuttlepod, captain's yacht, the sauceer section of Enterprise-D, a turbolift, the captain's chair, and it cannot fit more than 5 people in it. It cannot move through open space on its own. It can be considered most often a part of Enterprise-D as a component or permanent fixture, It also does not have any control panels, and it isn't any bigger than 3 meters square and it is located in the saucer section.
Since we're not counting questions that specify something that was already ruled out, I noticed it was asked if it was the saucer section of Enterprise-D and if it was a type of shuttlecraft(assuming shuttlecrafts are warp capable) after the question "Is it warp-capable?" was answered with no, so I'll give you two additional questions.
