There is the Talarian/Telerian?? with four arms, supposedly Amarie from 'Unification' was one - the piano player... also Picard mentions one in 'Liasons' and supposedly The woman who played Seska, Martha Hackett was supposed to play one in All Good Things... it was filmed but cut for time.
