Family Guy has actually been renewed ... McFarlane is trying to gather back as many of the old writing staff as he can, and new episodes won't be around until 2005, but who knows, maybe if Futurama does well on DVD, it'll get a second shot too.

I believe a year or two ago they had moved on to some animated show on MTV, the name escapes me, but nevertheless I was pretty disappointed when I watched it.
And not that I am in anyway biased (checks nickname ) - Futurama was a whole hell of a lot more *fresh* than Simpsons....which in my opinion is going stale...
