So all of them will be within a year? That's better than The Simpsons, with Season Two not scheduled until May. The sun will run out of fuel before they release the whole show on that timeline.

The US version does look nice (although the nixpicker in me thinks they shouldn't have a Picard in post season 3 uniform on the front of a season 1 box), even if they don't have the (dee-dee voice) "Ooooooohhhhhh"-ness of the region 2 one.
Tim is probably right with the price. The X-Files tallies with the DVD releases of Buffy and Angel, both about �70 per box set of 22 episodes, with a fair number of extras.
