Hmm. I think the Equinox people are pretty safe. They ARE being officially punished. Janeway has that authority. Now, if the captain of the Equinox had been rescued, I could see him being faced with a court martial upon returning home. But for the rest of them, I think Starfleet will consider Janeway's actions as their official response to the matter. (And, of course, there are those of you who say that she'll be court martialed instead. )

You know, I was thinking along similar lines. Namely, about captured Borg cubes. But I don't think its possible. I mean, there aren't, or _shouldn't be_ any physical controls on a Borg ship. (At least, none that have any relavence if you're not also plugged into the thing directly. Look, I saved continuity! ) So while the, er, cobra-headed guys might be able to grab some keen technology from the ship, I highly doubt they'd be able to use it without actually being assimilated.
