That Constitution-like Miranda (noncanon Surya-class) pic came from the ENCYCLOPEDIA? Methinks not. Unless I hit the wrong link or something.

Yes, they are on duty around the clock. And are genetically engineered to never have to go to the bathroom.

That's right. In fifteen years we've never seen Picard have a bowel movement. Wonderful thing, the future.
