Well, I think the stardate can be a day, with the post-decimal number remaining for a day due to the computer compensating for time dilation.

[Somewhere in the TNG Manual it says something like that]

BTW, couldn't they find a quote related to Brazil?

It's really annoying to see that only English-speaking people deliver great quotes.

Yeah, the file is extremely large, and I've only read sections of it. However, the Notes section (which describes how the timeline was arrived at) is extremely interesting for its unusual methodology.
