According to the episode "Unimatrix Zero, Part Two", Tuvok was born on 38774. One little bitty problem-Tuvok's birth year is 2264. (Star Trek.com)

Well. One thing you could say that startrek.com isn't legit.
Secondly I'm sure we heard Tuvok's age in "Flashback" So we can extrapolate the years to work out the correct age. If I can think of that in under a second... if they got it wrong in UM0... what is their problem.

Of course, we could always say that Tuvok swallowed a dot. Stardate 3877.4 is a perfectly legitimate TOS stardate that would fall somewhere near the late 2260s. Not at 2264, though, since as per Okudaic counting that would be early TOS where stardates began with 1.
The likeliest birthday for Tuvok would be before 2271, since he was a commissioned Ensign in 2293 - one would suppose he entered the Academy at eighteen, and that would have to be at least four years before 2293. A 2264 birthday would mean Tuvok had spent seven years as Ensign, which is a bit much for a competent Vulcan.
OTOH, it is also possible that Tuvok entered at an earlier or later age than 18; there may be race-specific guidelines for entry age, and Vulcans might mature faster or slower than humans in the early years. Personally, I believe they mature slower, but that is not canonical and the Chronology speculates on an entry age of 18 for Spock. Then again, Spock was half human...

Didn't Tuvok state his age as 29 (earth-years?) as of 2293?

Despite Janeway's comments that Tuvok was "approaching 3 digits", the canon age for Tuvok in Season six was 112 earth years old. That would be in 2376. 2376-112=2264.

Do we have any idea how old is elderly for a Vulcan? Sarek must have been close to 200 and his death was played as a premature result of an unusual disease....

I don't think Sarek was supposed to be elderly, really. He only seemed that way because of the Bendii Syndrome.

The upper limit is supposed t'be like 205 or so.
Just saw "Flashback" again. Yep, he said he was 29. And damn Brannon Braga for no continuity. "Commander Rand," indeed...!

Also... didn't Paris and Co. try to guess Tuvok's age and he wasn't telling. Does that mean that if they had a Birthday for Tuvok (and I haven't seen the episode) then everyone foundout how old he was?

Okay, so the majority of evidence points at 2264 now. SD 3877.4 is a tad high for that, but then again, perhaps our (Okuda's) dating of TOS is wrong?
The "big three digits" Tuvok was approaching could have been 123 instead of 100. After all, 100 isn't that much of a milestone for TNG-era humans who can live to 140. Perhaps 123 has been adopted as the "magic number" instead?
Or Janeway could have been good-naturedly protecting the personal secret of her friend by giving false information to the crew.
29 is a rather high age for an Ensign. No wonder Tuvok was somewhat disappointed with Starfleet. Seven years at the lowest rank... Kim is only approaching that now with the final season.

Or maybe she meant he was approaching 100 Vulcan years.
