After consulting my copy of RedShift 4, Polaris does indeed appear to be a part of Uras Minor.

Ursa Minor
(For those who don't know the once at the bottom is Polaris, also known as the North Star)

However my last rendering was slightly, nay, marginally inacurate so I've retraced the constellation once again and present it to you here.

 -

Short of phoneing up Patrick Moore and getting his confirmation I think that's the best I could have done.

I see. Seems the constellation has been extended lately...

Ahh, that's right -- I was confusing Ursa Major and Ursa Minor. [Wink]

Looks great!

I thought it was always a part of Ursa Minor when the constellation was first officially created.

Found a picture of the Fortunate patch. Maybe you want to try that, too.

I know someone who's done the MACO patch, I'll see if I can put it up here.

I could probably make a start on the 'Fortunate' patch, but there's no way I can be 100% acurate without a clear, full frontal shot.
That earth is going to be VERY tricky.

Ok, here's a preliminary pass at the Fortunate.
There are other details visible on that cap, but they're too faint to make out so I'm omitting them for now.

As a test to see if I could draw clouds I also tried to reproduce the Conestoga mission patch.
 -
And this one because I was bored. [Wink]

That would be great to see. I have seen the patch on some sites in pictures of the MACO's with T'Pol. [Wink]
