That P.S. was prophetic. A few minutes after I wrote it, I was checking the write-up (again) when I realized that the Hiryu couldn't possibly be made from a Dragon hull unless it was cut down in size (possible, but the text implied it was actually slightly larger). I changed the write-up to reflect the smaller size of the Hiryu with regard to the Dragon and re-classified it as a frigate (it's too small to be a cruiser).
