What's with the reflection in the glass? It looks odd.

What about a Generations version?

The glass thing is a dome, so it distorts the reflections a little, but if you look carefully, you can clearly see the back wall and the turbolift door.

WOW! Nice! LOVELY!

Can I ask, where is the yellow "schematics" that you see of the E-D over there on the far wall?

Also... heh heh lighting again - love it! but can I ask ... do the lights on the bottom of the forward stations and Riker and Troi's panels - emit any light? the ground seems to be in shadow... a little bit of light should do the trick!?!

Once again - fantasmorgasmic!

Andrew, the ship diagram you refer to is still on its way. Joe Ralat has been providing all my computer panels, and that's one of the ones still lagging behind.

As for the light under the stations, the lights are actually there, but do to a mistake on my part, they weren't lighitng up the floor properly. They have already been fixed for the next render.

Very nice! I just wanna step into the screen right now.

Anyway, here's a thought - how about an alternate colour scheme variant of your mesh? For example, the Yamato as seen in "Contagion" had a green "horseshoe" segment, with everything else staying the same. Likewise, you could try swapping Voyager's "sterile lab" or Defiant's "battleship grey" palettes for the more familiar browns and golds. It may create some interesting variations on our familiar set. Just a thought...

Mark

Hey, sean - coolies...

I think that you've got it so close to the original - it would be interesting/fun to swap stuff around - to create different bridge 'ideas'?

What would be 'different'? You could could move the forward stations into the horse-shoe area - make Troi and Riker stand... raise picards chair!?! HEAPS of wierd stuff! ;o)

You could stick one of those holocommunicators in there!?!

The white light need to be brighter, like your earlier bridges (those were yours too, weren't they?). No matter what some people say, they need to be very WHITE!

And if you do not believe that, take a look at this: http://www.stinsv.com/TNg/640char/crewbrdg.jpg

I know that, but I want it dimmer. Artistic license.

Prakesh... the thing is - earlier on - the white lights looked like gaps in the pictures... even on your posted picture - you can still notice a difference between the lights and the background of the browser window. The problem comes down to contrast... Seanr's hit the nail right on the head with his lights now...
