The Norway nacelles aren't variable like that - like the Intrepid - they move backwards and forwards within the pylon - along the 'tracks' that are promenant on the top of the nacelles of the well known pic from the movie sketch book.

It is a theory, nothing more. But for some reason I prefer the sliding nacelles over the Intrepid fold-ups. Of course I'd also prefer it if the pylons were curved instead of straight.

Well, whatever the case maybe, I'm not bothered. The model built for the film is so poor that fine detail is of little importance here. On another note my latest project is the Olympic Class, which was originally a far more detailed (physical) model, and a better design. I'm modelling it in high and fastidious detail to make it the definitive Olympic mesh on the net (i've seen very few anyway). Expect some WIP renders soon...

Well yes it's a theory - but there is no 'pivot point' for them to move like the Voyager nacelles.
