Hi! Dose anyone know how or what program I can use the capture a still DVD and save it as a picture on my computer?

Some software DVD players have a "capture frame" option in them. The only one I'm sure of is PowerDVD. And the MPEG2 VirtualDub mod can open up the VOB files on a DVD allowing you to capture from there.

Nero ShowTime also does captures.

Regardless of the purpose of this thread, this still qualifies to go into the Officer's Lounge (screen capture of ANY DVD). Besides, I think you will get more responses that way.

I'm not going to move it back, but I strongly disagree that this thread is more suited for, or its topic better served in, the Lounge.
