Hi! Dose anyone know how or what program I can use the capture a still DVD and save it as a picture on my computer?

Some software DVD players have a "capture frame" option in them. The only one I'm sure of is PowerDVD. And the MPEG2 VirtualDub mod can open up the VOB files on a DVD allowing you to capture from there.

Regardless of the purpose of this thread, this still qualifies to go into the Officer's Lounge (screen capture of ANY DVD). Besides, I think you will get more responses that way.
