According to the Companion, it was the state fish of Hawaii, the reef triggerfish, Rhinecamthus aculeatus, or in Hawaiian, humuhumunukunukuapua'a.
Unless, of course, you're talking about Livingston...

First up, I will give you an extra question. I feel that counting Omega's ton-of-guesses question was a tad bit unfair........
Yes, it is before schisms.
And no, it is not Livingston, the tiger fish. I will have to count this one though, for reasons that will be apparrent later. Besides, I never knew that Livingston was poisonous.........
Summary: It is not Humanoid It is not Artificial It is not from TOS It is not larger than Hobbes, assuming that Hobbes is a Defiant-Class Starship It is from TNG It is not a celestial body It is unknown if it has a brother It is not from DS9 It appears in only one episode or movie It was not pissed off...... It can't kill you if it wanted to Worf would win if he used a bat'leth-shaped barstool against it. It is not in the first 4 seasons of TNG. It is in Seasons 5 or 6 of TNG. It is not in Season 5. It was before "Face of the Enemy" It has no metallic parts. It is not a Taspar Egg. It was before "A Fistful of Datas" It was before "Schisms" It is not Livingston, the Tiger fish.
4 questions remaining.

3 Questions. You're getting close......
But here is a clue: Consider Worf's Bat'leth-shaped Barstool, and how the SSA would be beaten by it.

It's called an Ophidian, and according to my little source, it's a lifeform that exists in a different plane of the universe, and thus natural. Whether or not it can kill you, I don't know.
And no, it is not the Ophidian.

Would it be Data's cat? I know it was seen more than once, but wasn't there an episode where Spot gives birth, but had already been established as being male. So I'm thinking that it's the female version of Spot, portrayed by Monster (I think) that's only been seen once.

Damn. After that clue, I could have gotten this, if this lurker here hadn't. "Realm of Fear" was just on this past weekend, so the spider was fresh in my mind... *L*
Oh, and if that is the answer, I'd say one of the clues was misleading. How do you know it couldn't kill someone? They never said what type of spider it was. It might be fatally venomous to humans, when it wants to be...

Yes, it is Christina, O'Brien's Spider. During the scene in which O'Brien and Barclay are sitting together, O'Brien "introduces" Barclay to Christina. Just before O'Brien goes to get a drink, he says to Barclay "Don't worry, she's not poisonous". So even if she bit, Barclay wouldn't die. If Christina WAS poisonous, O'Brien wouldn't risk leaving Barclay to be pumped full of Spider Venom..........
So there you go. Spaceboy wins, do you care to do the next one?
