Sounds good. No, really. Klingons are supposed to have such a radically different language, but still all those funny ship names with all the capital letters and 's in it sound somehow normal if you speak it out loud. Vor'cha, K't'inga, Ty'gokor, Y'tem, Ya'vang... why isn't there a single ship that would sound absolutely stupid in our language? IKS H'Gwryxkls? Tjl'ghcozti-class? Think of it. [Smile]

"Ty'gokor" had the misfortune of making me think "tiger core".

I was under the impression that that was intentional.

I suppose. Meaning that Klingon warriors are akin to tigers?

Well, I don't know about that. I meant on the part of the writers. Tiger Core sounds vaguely cool and menacing.

I can't decide whether Tiger Core sounds cool or silly, but I see your point, Sol.

There is another station near the Betrekka nebula: Ty'ga'beat [Wink]

I'm sure that Vor'cha class was mentioned in "Dramatis Personae" [DS9]

"Tiger core" sounds like a bloody mess, assuming it's been separated from the rest of the tiger.

Almost sounds like a bastardization of Vor'Cha?

bortaS is Klingon for 'Revenge' or 'Vengeance'.. one of the last time a writer actually used the Klingon dictionary rather than making something up like most of the DS9 stuff.

Yes and the fact that Ty'gokor was supposed to be an extremely important Klingon installation, possible been suggested as the core of military operations.
