Even in the age of dvds, there will be limitations on what is visible on the screen. Many of the in-jokes will remain invisible. A question, how does one identify in-jokes?
In the original, there were few in-jokes. The best known to me is GNDN, labeled on pipes, which is "Goes NoWhere Does Nothing".

Has anyone a readable picture of this PADD or a list of these ships?

In-jokes: There was a E-D shuttle called "Indiana Jones" on a screen.
