I was uncertain about the true shape of the saucer, but I agree with the revision that it's a bit more than exactly 180 degrees.

A question: Did you mean to leave one side of the hull plating untextured near the forwardmost running light? I would assume that was a mistake.

Good catch. The plating was a detail study that I forgot to delete.
In case you're curious, the color palette I got by Photoshopping HD screencaps of the Intrepid, and eyedropping a dark, medium, and light hull color, as well as nacelle blue, bussard red, and other notable spot colors. I've written down the RGB values and will be using them in the vector version of the Intrepid graphic.

No, the NX-01 is coppery dark grey. The Intrepid is a lighter color in the HD shot of it in the convoy ("Twilight"). I used that shot as a basis because it's evenly-lit, and not awash in FX colors from explosions, etc.
I'll check the running lights, but you're probably right.
I'd make an MSD but what would be the point? They didn't have Akudagrams in the 22nd century.

Sure they've got Okudagrams in the 22nd century -- they just look different from the once we're used to in TNG and the like. After all, Okuda's still doing the graphics work for those displays...
