Michael_T:

*A three hour download, a three hour download...*

well suited, but you may also consider your signature as a motto

"Its origin and purpose, still a total mystery."

I couldn't express it better

What about the old motto of the Nebuka class ships that was in Utopias Platetia II? I think it went something like
"Designed in a bar, built in a barn. How this got started no-one quite knows."

Okay, forumites, cast your votes!

The easy way to tell the difference between Canadians and Americans is they sound they make when they walk. Americans are silent, however Canadians go "chink chink, chink chink"

"Non-canon zone. Enter at your own risk."

Bernd has created a winner.

The proper quote in UP2 was:
"Designed in a bar, built in a shed, piloted by madmen"
It was inscribed below the registry number...
The "Quite who started this off..." was another comment.

Tarrant: "Calculated risks."

My personal favourites:

Non-canon zone. Enter at your own risk.
The place for ASDB's rejects.
Designed in a bar, built in a shed, piloted by madmen.
Designs, check. Artwork, debatable. Creativity... er...
Yes, I said 200 torpedo tubes. What's wrong with that?

How about this one?

These are all nice, but "Warning: Non-Canon Zone. Enter at own risk" or whatever, is my favorite.
