A "K'Immie" is a quick way of saying an "Evil Immortal"

A lot of evil Immortals in Highlander have names starting with "K"

Kurgan, for instance.

Kalas, Kell, Kane, Keegan, etc., etc.

So, if you want to quickly reference an evil Immortal, you call 'em a "K'Immie" ...

Well ... there are some exceptions ...

Grayson, St. Cloud, etcetra. But you'd still refer to them as a "K'Immie" even if their name doesn't start with a "K" and their evil ...
