I think you just wanted to mess with my post, Siggie. After all, Lee gotaway with some boob and even a little bush back in the day. (Don't make the fatal mistake of thinking I can't remember that far back!)
Furthermore, they showed that much of Hoshi and T'Pol on ENT, on NETWORK TELEVISION. As a matter of fact, even the old NBC censors basically let anything pass that didn't show the actual nipple, at least according to Stephen Whitfield and Gene Roddenberry's The Making of Star Trek.
Besides, it isn't even a real photograph but rather a piece of artwork. Suppose I were to post this:
OR EVEN (GASP!) THIS:
Oh my Lord, there's dick and pussy all over the place! SCANDALOUS AND UNACCEPTBLE!
(Waits for the inevitable controversy over just how seriously this post was meant to be taken and just how much titty is too much titty...)

That's sounds about right for Cartoon Network. Did the article you read say anything about them rerunning the newest episodes any time soon? The last JLU episode I saw was "To Another Shore", and, really, that was the first one I had seen since "Panic in the Sky".

In regards to JLU in the states... no word on any reruns for the first four episodes of the current season. Canucks are getting them finally and will continue on with the 5th episode and past so that they will be ahead of Cartoon Network. Still no word on whether or not this is the last season, but most likely it is. All episodes have been completed and are ready for airing. Once CN starts again, they'll air the remaining episodes of the season with no breaks in between. The season/series finale will be a two-parter and will involve the League and the Legion of Doom in combat on the ground and in space. The plot also will feature an unexpected team-up. And J'onn J'Onzz will not be returning. And, oh yeah, season one of JL will be available on dvd on March 21 along with season one of Batman Beyond.

So it's confirmed that J'Onn J'Onzz is no longer going to be in the show? I saw the episode where he decided to leave, and I was a little sad about it. I like the character, but they really didn't give him anything to do since "Star-Crossed".
