I just finished registering today and I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Highway Hoss AKA Alan Phillips. I have been a fan of Trek for a long time. After lurking here for a while on and off, I finally decided to join the fun.
Some of you probably know me from my activities at the trekrpg.net forums...usually as a hardcore SPACEDOCK junkie who likes to build starships. Since this forum has all the starship experts, I figure I can always find some good designs to have fun building. I also figure expanding my posting horizons will not hurt either. [Big Grin]

The Defiant is seven times the thirty-second part of a Zeuslength! A Zeuslength, I tell you!

But from screenshots, we can obviously see that the Defiant is twenty cubits long. When taking into account the perspective distortion induced by the deity-field around a Zeuslength, we are forced to conclude that the Defiant is not "seven times the thirty-second part" of a Zeuslength but three!

Oh, and the Defiant has ten decks. [Wink]

Yes, & the Defiant is also 6 qaadam high....but then take BACK one qaadam to honor the Starfleet god whose ship this is.

But every knows that the Akira is the bestest ship there is because of the 15 crouton torpedo launchers, 21 phizzer banks, 1 very big scuttle bay, and it can land on planets using its six landing sluts.

The rest of ya'll are just living in fantasyland. Go have dinner with Peter Pan or something.

[Confused] All I say is hello and the next thing I know I'm in the middle of an impromptu size debate.
OK, in order:
  • MaGIC, ritter, thanks for the warnings.
  • Dr. Bashir, thanks for the warning, but my mental health went to warp a long time ago. Thanks anyway.
  • Thanks a lump, Captain Mike...you know how to make a guy feel welcome... [Roll Eyes]
