Greenlighted for after my current projects: Utopia Planetia's orbital R&D facility and a build-up/Review of a new Norway class resin model I just recieved.
Probably within a month though from start to finish.

The side view of the Probert-Ambassador was also seen in "Yesterday's Enterprise" as an MSD-type thing on the E-C bridge.

I'm guessing that they just stretched the graphic to fit better into the set, or something. The overhead and forward views of the E-C are also on the set.

Hmm... I tried playing with that image in photoshop, to squish it back to the "normal" side silhouette - no dice. I guess it is a version of the Probert sketch, albeit more detailed and closer to the final model.
However, I'm fairly certain the top MSD seen in other pics matches the one seen in the TNG TM. Three more pics:

The side MSD resembls the sketch a bit but not the other two views.

You guys are keeping in mind that all those DVD screencaps have to be resized from 720x480 back to 640x480 to restore their original 4:3 ratio, right?
